Scavenger Hunt Bug?

In earlier builds, when Amy asked for a couple of panties, you actually had to bring her ones from both Ashley and Vicky. Now the quest continues after giving her just one. Is this a bug, or is it intended now?

Not a bug. It always requires one of those panties, not both.
