I wanted to be able to spawn cum or increase the amount the character cums, but I couldn't figure out how I could do this. How could I?

You can't increase the amount, per se. You can increase the size of the particle effect. Try checking out the bodypart command in the command console. Open it with ` or ~ (ö or ò on non-US keyboard layouts). Then type 'help bodypart' for more info.
