Penis (head?) follows cursor

Whenever I whip it out, my member stretches and follows wherever the cursor goes. I've tried bodypart commands, changesize... nothing fixes it.

Okay, I was just able to replicate it on a fresh game. I typed
inventory player add panties
and it told me
Adding Penis_Root (HouseParty.Penis) to the player's inventory.
Any way to reset this?

best way to get the panties you need is name the specific character like ashley's panties or Vickie's panties when using that command

Reload the game from before you did this.
Alternatively, see if removing penis from inventory would fix this (remove, instead of add).
