[REQUEST] A feature in the game where you can become Shrunken

So this request is pretty far fetched. With this mod, you can find (or a character uses/gives) a potion to you that when used shrinks your player model down to whichever height it shrinks you to (or a way to adjust how much shrinkage). Your player will be shrunk and be able to free roam the house at a small size. Walking/running speed will be lowered, and hopefully the ability to attach to surfaces to climb could be implemented.
The idea of this comes from the steam game 'Girl who shrunk the neighbors' (screenshot attached).
As far as character interaction and a story line based off of this concept, that can bring lots of unique situations.
Using the freecam mod by lenny does help create this perspective, but I feel its not the same of having your actual player model walking/running on surfaces.
I may look into creating this mod myself with the stickied post at the top, but if anyone is looking to help create this sort of mod I am open for discussion for help and leads
