Can not create group for custimized styles

Hi,
the game doesnt let me create a group for my customized styles. I can open the dialog and enter a name for the group - but when clicking on create nothing happens. i tried different group names, starting the game again, run it as admin - nothing seems to work.
Whats going wrong here?
