You can combine Madison's "The Muse" quest with Ashley's "Smooth Operator" quest, however completing "The Muse" will stop you from finishing "Chasing Amy." Furthermore, you will not be able to interact with Ashley after completing "Humiliate Ashley" for the second Madison scenario. I intend to reveal a trio consisting of Vicky, Ashley, Madison, and Amy during my current game.

Is it possible to do this, or am I missing a certain combination of quests?

Maybe focus on Madison and Ashley, then do a separate playthrough for Amy?
