Hello,
I stumbled onto this game and I must admit it is really fun. It reminds me of the Lucasarts Adventure games I used to play only with sex
I googled this but still cannot figure out what exactly the setting does or does not.

I assume the NOT RECOMMENDED is the sarcastic comment?

It enabled sex sequences that are more interactive, but that are also based on an older animation and inverse kinematic system. The "Not Recommended" tag is a subjective FYI that these sequences, despite being more interactive, can simply be a bit buggier and less aesthetically pleasing.
