[0.9.2] Character animations have "trailing" effect

I assume some sort of engine change was made.

But I'm now noticing that all character animations have "trailing" effect.

It is most obvious on quick movement, or if doing something like "warp" command in console.

Check the feet of dancers in attached screenshot.

Unfortunately, it looks really subtle in screenshots, but is very visible on moving screen.

Is this intended, or bug?

Another example. Stephanie did spin move, and there is trail of her previous dress location. Also Derek knees.

Update:
Removing anti-aliasing also removes this trailing effect.

Posting now DxDiag, just to make sure if this is specific to hardware/drivers...

Hey thanks, yeah it is an after effect of us using two Anti-Aliasing functions at once. We'll be looking into this for our next update. Using "AA Off" is still technically the same AA method as before.
