When looking for the 6 hidden bottles of alcohol there are two missing. The two that are missing are:
1) behind the speaker in the room with the TV
2) behind the chair in the room where Frank is
Since these two are missing you cannot finish all story lines, you can only finish the one involving Catherin

They are not missing. They are just moved to different locations on the ground floor of the house.

And due to additional ways added how to get alchohol from cabinet, I would not even recommend giving any booze to Frank, at all.
