Suggestion: Covid-19 face mask option

This may seem like a frivolous idea but how about adding the option for characters to be wearing face masks at the party?
With the current state of the world and the urge for people to be more safe, this could be a quaint idea of encouraging more people to be more practical. There has been news of people making lockdown for everyone else worse by having large parties that have increased the spread of corona.
How this feature could work is when you start a new game, you could have the option of starting with face masks or without. When you have selected with face masks, the game will start as normal but every character, including the player, is wearing a mask. In the event that the player with another NPC, or even two other NPCs, are kissing or performing oral sex, the face mask can simply slip under the chin exposing the mouth.
For small touches, all of the dialogue could sound a bit muffled as if covered but audible enough to make out what they're saying. Even some unique dialogue could be included making reference to the face masks and the pandemic. Depending how the feature is implemented and presented, you could turn face masks on and off in the options menu during gameplay.
