For now, you can't give them anything. After some time all selected NPCs will start having sex. You can't do much after that. Only what you can is call two or more girls to the bedroom and then you can order "Sex with..."

In fact, it’s not a big deal at all. Girls already have the option of having sex with another girl, but this is limited to the bedroom. - Added option "Setup Speaker" to Player's menu - this option move speaker from floor to broom
