[Complete Story] Gone Bad Party [1.4.2]

Here is the 16.9.0 release of Gone Bad Party.

The main change is removing dependency on Vickie being enabled and hidden outside of house, in order for various in game systems needed for Gone Bad Party to work. Like showing Vickie's responses to messages on tablet, or running periodic events in background.
The reason for this change to make it easier to later make Gone Bar Party compatible with new Nocturnal Temptations DLC that will be released within next month (which has its own take on getting Vickie early at the party).
The effects of this include showing phone icon when using tablet and getting messages from Vickie, showing Madison portrait for Mystery Girl opportunity, as well as Silent Stranger Perk being only unlocked after Vickie arrives to the party (if gained earlier, in previous playthrough, by finishing Expert quest).

Any localization involving Vickie will need to be updated, due to Vickie's lines, involving text messaging, being moved to Phone Call character.

Other changes

Successfully tempting girls will now correctly modify their reactions to correspond to their new affinity level (previously, it required following up with any intimacy action).
Ashley's Smooth Operator progress will not be blocked if you give her Brittney's top (instead of washing clothes), and then discuss Madison's diary.
Updated "Original Story bug fixes" section with fixes that were not documented before.
Other Minor tweaks.

Strategy guide also got minor updates.
