[0.9.2] Ashley won't get clothed after giving her back her clothes

Note that this bug is sometimes blocked by (can be worked around):

I got to Ashley to go to her room to remove clothes for washing.

Then I made the prank and she got really angry (new dialogue responses from Ashley), as expected.

But, after I give her her clothes, she runs to her room, and never dresses up, staying naked.

Additionally, there is previous version bug (0.8.8), that if you give her keys to enter the bathroom, that other bathrooms will forever stay locked. This will also bug Ashley, having her try getting to two top bathrooms from time to time, with no success (since old walk commands where not cleared). Not to mention other quest items that stay locked inside those bathrooms.
